I`ve been watching that thread and having a good laugh 
So the problem is that Red are not able to win as many of the "both attack" maps as Blue... deja vue ? ...and now they`ve come up with some sort of complicated points-mutilplyer that would make Einstein`s head spin 
So far the Reds have put the blame on everything from the amount of Blue flak to harder targets for Red... they`ve even blamed the empty bomb-racks on the P-47 ! 
Remember when they removed the Bf110G-2 from the airstart (and the way they did it 
) because they said it was an unfair advantage to Blue... and that Red would win more maps if it went to a ground-start ?
(and if Oktoberfest tries to mention this the `thought-police` beat him down with threats of locked threads)
So, they say the problem is with the "both attack" maps... well to me the simple answer (IMHO) would be to remove these maps for a week or so to see how it goes... it ain`t rocket science
