rgr m8... I`ve been keeping an eye on this thread at the AAA forum - having `dynamic` targets is like the Holy Grail... and opens up so many possible scenarios 
IMHO.. if this does happen then 4.08 servers are going to have to upgrade or risk losing quite a few clients because they will not be happy with the `same old` static targets
