Yes, it was me that suggested this last night.
Bear in mind that I was drunk and looking for some quick fun - patrolling the map looking for the 2 ( later 1 ) Red plane that was flying didn't really work for me.
In the same wise, I hope no one was offended by me moaning - chasing the 1 Red aircraft on the map into its airfield flak ( and dying from same ) 4 times just p***ed me off ( because I was looking for some quick furball fun - refer note 1 above 
)
Also, the server target info wasn't working so you couldn't see which target had numbers diminishing ( which is how you can "cheat" the snitch ).
So clearly more thought is needed than I gave it in my drunken rant
