They can legally get you for drag racing just being a spectator, back in 99 me and the guy in the regal T-Type I met you with years ago were arrested and given drag racing tickets. I was nailed for drag racing on foot(no shit), got 8 points and a year probation. As far as them taking your car, unless they have video of said race with a picture or someone that can ID YOU driving your going to be ok as they do not have actual proof.
I know the yard your car is at and grew up with the owner, I'm awaiting for a phone call back to see about a few things.I have a good attorney if you need one. I work down the street from your house and if you need ask Val for my number.
