CULPRIT? Don't these idiots know there's a massive S/N (some mandatory laws being considered) nationwide? Is she living in a cave? And she didn't wish to neuter him cause "he didn't spray"??? She's an idiot. I'd like to tell her that face to face. I hope they get bombarded with letters pro S/N. Whoever neutered that cat, hats off to them and the expense they personally incurred. That cat was probably howling, fighting (proof when she wasn't concerned re: a piece of his ear gone), and knocking up other cats. Sheesh. I see your pt. tho (or rather your hubby's pt.).
