This is in regards to the story posted yesterday about Sammy the unexpected neutered cat . If Sammy's owner was so concerned, he would have been kept inside. Outside cats face too many hazzards including someone doing TNR to keep the population down. If Sammy had been wearing a collar it may not have happened, but there are those that to trap cats and have them spayed to keep down the population. Most do it only to the ferals which is why Samy should have had a collar or have been chipped. I blame the owner for not being responsible. Also a neutered male, if not neutered can face testicular cancer in later years. Nothing shows on your blog, and your register page is empty. Be responsible too.
