It had a big yellow sticker on the bottom and we had the same problem. I think part of our problem is the place we were trapping them was above the laundry tubs between the ceiling tiles and the subfloor of the main floor.
We have taken a lot of the tiles down so it's all open on the one side, but the pipes and heat vents are up there.
From what I read mice cannot go very long without water and just overnight can kill them if it's very warm.
We once got 18 in one day when they were tearing houses down on the next block.
