thanks so much for the update, he has been on my mind a lot, poor sweetie, I feel very bad for you both. He is so young 
those miserable stones can cause a lot of scar tissue and cats, in CRF, can have calcification and shrunken kidneys. Kidneys can keep working though, even if very compromised, if supported...the fluids will surely help and I hope and pray Worm is with you for as much time as possible.

Is he still producing stones? Is he on a special diet?
