People just do what they do; forget customer service. The vet wants those tests, so he orders the tests. I mean, why check with you who is paying for it and whose cat's health is at risk? Why remember that he didn't recommend sub-q's? Why not remember a recommended exploratory when one wasn't recommended? And, hey, he's got to thank them for the business, right?
Deb, I'm sorry you're going through all this. I'm glad to hear Razz is doing well, though.
