and am waiting to hear from the Red Bank doctor. It looks like there's some improvement in the red and white blood counts as well as other areas....still not all that great in some areas, but still some improvement.
I also asked for page one of that fax:
"Razzeratz, a 14-year-old neutered male domestic shorthair cat, was presented to the RBVH internal medicine service for evaluation of chronic weight loss and decreased appetite. On physical examination, a thyroid slip was palpitated, and a 2/6 systolic murmer with PMI on the left parasternal border was ausculted. Bloodwork revealed a mild leukocytosis, hyperglobulinemia, and a creatinine of 2.8 mg/ dl. Abdominal ultrasound disclosed renal changes suggestive of chronic kidney disease, mesenteric and colonic lymphadenomegaly, a mild disruption of the small intestinal wall layering. Ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspirates"
I'm getting really tired of telling these doctors and techs that despite whatever is going on with his insides he is still having a problem with chewing. I couldn't have stressed this enough with this guy! And yet, he writes that he has a "decreased appetite"!!!! Also, we talked about his inflamed pancreas and it being a possible trouble spot....no where in his fax did he even mention the pancreas. I spent $1000 in one day in that place and this is what I get??????(
