I found a kitten, about 10 weeks old that I couldn't keep. I took it my vet clinic, as they adopt out stray and abandoned cats.
The woman at the desk took him and said "This a pregnant female!"
I said, no the big belly is probably worms, and the testicles are undoubtedly male!
"Oh", she said.
