So this evening, mom opens teh door to the senior room and Bernard BARGES out, runs over to a food dish in the main seciton of the house, sniffs it, and turns his nose up.
he clearly doesn't mind other cats.
mom set him up in a big crate by the widnow, he has bout 5 different kidns of dry food. he has soem of the cheap stuff that was donated, he has Before Grain chicken, Purnia One, Iams, and Pinnacle. he showed no interest in any of them.
Mom gave him a piece of venison, in case he was used to eating real meat. he took one look at it and refused to get near it.
So, mom got out the B complex and gave him a shot, which of course he hated but she is running out of options. often our vet has recommended pred to kick an appetite into gear as a last resort.
we will see if he eats anything overnight.
ARGH!
