June keeps sneezing - L-Lysine?

is it L-Lysine that I should give her? She's been sneezing a lot for the last couple of days. I was hoping it was allergies since a lot of PEOPLE around me are suffering, but I don't want this to get worse. of course, we had her annual vet visit last week.
