there's a large fine (I forget how much) and a "possible jail term" for feeding any wildlife. You can however hang bird feeders (for birds only) and they must be 5 feet above ground, which means the pole in which they hang will be much taller and I can't reach. Plus since my freak-a$$ landlord has the entire backyard paved there is no place to put one!
Jersey is called the "Garden State". Hmph! The only things that flourish here are land developers (eminent domain reigns high here), crooked politicians, criminals and alot of general garden variety dirt bags.
