Buddy who is going on 12 needs some serious teeth cleaning, may be an extraction. He had two taken out two years ago. His blood work came back good last week during his routine check up though he was at that time fighting a URI which we are still not sure if it's gone or it's an allergy now due to tell tale signs of a little pop on exhale. He did a gagging-choke-swallow thing when he jumped up on the bed last night which he has never done before. All in all he is eating, drinking and etc and seems to breath OK. Buddy does seem to have a skin environmentally related allergy (relation?). I have read and been told about them being a old as 15 getting dentals but have not seen any statistics. Anyone with experiences? Despite my experiences over the many years most who have had dentals have been 10 or younger.
