Prayers needed...

this morning there was a cat in the complex I thought was speared. I got food and went back to try to catch the cat. I got to see it doesn't appear speared, it looks like a catch pole around his neck and dragging the pole. I called 911 who said they wont call animal control since I do not have posesion of the cat. I sent my emails out for help. Soemone will be there later. Prayers all works out well for this cat and the people who did this are caught and prosuctued.
