and a few thoughts.
Is it possible to give her "pup free" time? or to make her one area in the house and another the pup's area?
if she is eating and loosing weight, she might be having thyroid issues which can be checked with a blood test and controlled with meds. so hopefully it is something like that which is fixable.
purrring you can find some simple solutions to her weight and puppy problem.
