To foster, or not to foster?

Ever since Boo left on Saturday with her meowmy, Dusty seems pretty happy. I wasn't expecting this, not after the way she carried on after Amber and Tango left. I really want to foster, but not at Dusty's expense. The one thing that is keeping me from completely packing it in as an option is that Dusty is being a blankety blank little brat!
