If you could write a letter to the new apt property peopple it would be very gladly appriecated.
My request is that the letter be factual, to the point with the complaint and a reasonable soultion offered. No pointing fingers or angry comments. This is the new complex property company. Still have same staf and they are still trapping.

Compaint- 1)trapping and removing cats @)in unsafe and inhimane manner. (leaving traps all night unchecked, leavn cats in dangerous and unhumane situations)
If you can explain vacume effect, removing cats creates open territory for new cats unvaccinated/unaltered.
Solution TNR trap neuter release.
