Mom went to an event for Marley's Cat Tales (the group we are with) today and people were just about dancing.
A local man passed away and left $1.7 million split between four different cat groups. Apparently he had an FIV+ cat.
Marleys will get $400,000!!!!!!!!!!
no more scraping for funds to get cats neuteres & spayed & vetted & fed!!!!!!!!
I"m told it will be around 6 months for all the legal mechanations to get the funds to us, if not longer, but WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am sorry that such a nice caring man has passed away, but what a huge difference he has made!!!!!!
