Have you thought about just a depressed Bernard maybe? I do pray he comes around and relizes he is in a good place with people who are helping him. Now he just needs to help.

I was at the vet today and there's a flyer for two gorgeous 9-year-olds up for adoption. Turns out a young child in the household has not only a peanut allergy but (supposedly) a cat allergy. I wish I could take them both, two chubby cats, one a calico, one a striped tiger. - Re: It's nice that someone is interested in him. (msg)

digging around i foudn that i have metoclopromide, which might help if he is nauseous.

i am also worried that he might stop eating again after yet another move. on the other hand, her house does sound less hectic than here so that could be good for him.
