assistance for someone in the Cleveland, OH area?

a friend on another board is *trying* to fix the cats that are dropped off/show up her barn but as we all know it is hard finacially!

she says she can't find any organizations willing to team up with her so I said I'd ask and see if I could find anything.

Most people who do TNR here do it on their own unfortunately...

I do know of a low cost vet in the area who'd likely work with her....
