Some of you may remember the three year battle with Mitsi's bleeding nose issues.
It got worse, it went into her lungs developing a serious case of pneumonia and other problems. The night I went to see her she was in the O2 chamber trying to fight. I gave her a quick pet along with a placed a kiss on her head by my hand threw the little chamber door and told her I loved her so much and went home. At 3AM they called me to tell me she had passed.
Such a sweet little girl so full of life. She was 14 but still young at heart. I miss her side ways runs, scampering up the side of the doorway frame and jumping off like a flying squirrel. She use to chat up a storm with me.
She was the last of the original Homestead gang.
I miss you dear girl. May I see you again some day.

"It takes a bigger man to admit he loves cats than most men who would not". - Me

If everyone cared and nobody cried If everyone loved and nobody lied If everyone shared and swallowed their pride We'd see the day when nobody died
losing our beloved cats is oftentimes harder than losing friends and relatives. It's a different kind of grief, very deep and very, very devastating. It must be what mothers feel when they lose a child.
"Beware of people who dislike cats." - Irish Proverb
The hurt we still feel is the love and bond that remains. I, too, hope I will see mine again. She was beautiful and knew how much you loved her. You gave her a great life. I'm sorry she was gone too soon. (((((hugs))))))
