As Spritey is still on the site, you will need to check with her first before I will re-add that char. Have her post here to let me know if she does agree to give the char back to you. Nufan and Bukra are both still active chars belonging to Silver Midnight, and therefore cannot be transferred to your control unless Silver Midnight agrees to give them back to you. As with Spritey, Middie would need to post here to let me know she has given you permission to take the chars back.

I have re-added Theomagus for the moment as all of Kirik's (who had Theomagus) characters were marked inactive at the last activity check and were removed. However, should Kirik return and wish the spirit char back then you would have to discuss the matter with her (you did, after all, give the char away by obtaining special permission from WSS to do so, and therefore the char is now technically Kirik's, and she would be granted the char if she wished it back).
