As for the second question, generally mythicals are recorded with a birthdate of the day the egg is recieved or the day when results are requested, unless there are other circumstances which need to be considered (eg. if the time between requesting results and actually recieving them is unreasonably long, then birthdate may be listed as the day results are given instead of when requested, or if you have been special permission to old an egg 'in reserve' or something from WSS in the case of mythicals she gives out).

In answer to the first question re: duality dragons...a duality dragon can be male, female, or both (basically, the assumption being one head/half is male, one head/half is female)...and though it is recorded in my records as N/A for simplicity sake, it is not technically gender neutral, but rather both genders. Therefore, a N/A gendered duality can reproduce on its own, or with a partner of either gender.
