You can only have a dragon character if you are given one by either AmethystEyez, WSS, or a breeding pair. There is no record of such, therefore you cannot play this character unless you are given one.
Please read the rules, found here: http://www.wolfysilver.co.uk/WM/README.htm , if you haven't already. If you have, please re-read them and note the part where it says what creatures you may join as.
