You can only have a dragon if you were given one by AmethystEyez, WSS, or a couple who you have received it from. Since no Elf Dragons can breed yet I highly doubt you received it that way. Also WSS and Ammie haven't passed any more of these dragons out. Therefore you cannot play this character unless you actually have been given it.
