Dawn, first let me tell you how sorry I am about your loss. I too lost my best friend. He was only 16 and got hit by a car on New Year's Eve. Although the driver was not drunk or speeding, I feel your pain. I almost wish that this accident was the driver's fault because I want someone to blame for all of this, and as much as I searched, I just can't find any answer except that "life isn't fair." I don't understand how God can put people on this earth and take them away, without any warning, and just expect people to go on like nothing ever happened. Losing Matt was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. The only thing that keeps me going each day is knowing that I'm one day closer to seeing him again.
