3 neck operations and alot of pain

I have lost myself in a cloud and my son what has happened? I have become so depressed and do not want to do anything I just want myself back. I have now loss in my left arm and severe pain still I do not know how I go on I thought it was for my teenage son but, he does not know this me either he only knows the healthy mom. How do I raise him when I have not accepted it myself. Thanks for listening
