Hi, Just pray to God, over and over again, that is what I am doing, and he will answer I know, he has helped my pain some in the past week. I lost my husband July 9, 2007, right on my birthday. I know exactly how you must feel, and I feel helpless and alone, but I know there is a God. He will help us.
