Quote on dying

Does anyone know the full quote written by a Canon Henry ? in I think the 1700s where he describes the deceased as "just in the next room-speak of me as youy always did?etc
I think it was spoken by Lawrence Olivier somewhere --Canrt find it so if any one knows please let me know
