Please see a hypnotherapist. Look them up in your phone book or online. They REALLY can help.

Personally, I keep in mind that we all come in and go out on our own timetable.

And I even remember from science class that energy doesn't go out of existence. It just changes form. The proof: Water can become ice or steam or humidity that you can't see. Gary Schwarz' The Afterlife Experiments book proved that consciousness goes on. There are good books about how a person returns to the same family or your soulmate returns to you. You Were Born to be Together Again is one book, and Return from Heaven by Carol Bowman. Here is a link to an audio interview online with her and book info.
