I believe it's something that we will always have to deal with although some days will be easier than others.
What date did your husband pass away?
Last night I received some very devasting news and wished to God that my husband was there to hold me. A very special friend of mine passed away due to complications from a stroke. Her husband called me to let me know and all I could think of is I have to let Richard know but then reality would set in and I would think he knew before I did. Hopefully he was there to meet my long time friend. She had a beautiful marriage and one son that is very good friends with my son.
I feel so sorry for what they are about to go through. Her husband was so good to my son since his dad passed away. Took him camping, fishing, to the science museums with his son. I could not have wanted a better husband for her unless she had mine. My heart is broken for them and me.
Please tell me about yourself. I'll still be here for you too. We all have to support each other and hold out our hands to give someone something steady to hold onto.
