Hi Darlena,
The best place to get 'printed materials' for a funeral or memorandum is the funeral home, or even the church.
It is different on the internet, because you can work around it with supplying the name and publisher attachment.
I dont know how else to help you with this.
I wish I could take away this 'trouble' you are having, as I know its more stress on an already difficult time.
I will pray that you can get this resolved quickly.
