Hugs for you Debbie,
Just to let you know... I have been thinking about you, and I have been having alot of remember whens with just daily things that happen around here..
So, I just wanted to share this poem I wrote with you, and I hope you can understand, that everything we are, and everything around us, is inspired by our husbands.
May God continue to Bless them, and all of you who miss your loved ones.
There is a moment
There is a moment every day
I think of you and say:
Hi honey, I miss you
But I'm okay.
You send me songs on the radio
You bring me ducks and geese on our patio
I think about your good sense of humour
When I remember our moments together
I shattered a small glass tonight
And then remembered our first silly fight
How you liked the small glasses on the bottom shelf
And how we started laughing at how silly that fight was
I guess I know in my heart
We will never be far apart
Every minute I do something
It reminds me of us in our beginning
The memories I have will never leave me
Your heart and love I keep right here
Forever your babydoll, always your love
I know you can see me from up above
There is a moment every day
I step back and pray:
That you hear me saying, "I love you honey"
And hope that you can see, I'm doing okay.
