Hello Rose, I just saw your message and I am at the 3 year point of having lost my husband. I would be more than happy to chat with you about what I went through. It isn't your imagination that everything is falling apart it is. I am still going through uncomfortable things but remember quite well what I went through since the moment I lost my beloved husband.

I feel still so lost without him even though I carry on everyday and act ok when I am alone at night in our bed I feel that loss.
