Dear Judith,
Thank you for your kind words. I know my love is not in any pain, and we spent the whole last day together, BUT...I did not spend enough time with him..5 years is not enough. We had plans, we were to be wed, we just had so many things we were going to do, and now, I cry myself to sleep every night, everything, and I do mean everything reminds me of what and who I have lost. I can't even look at the trees changing colour, as he loved the changing seasons. I remember things about him that made me laugh, but in the next instant I start crying again, because I know I'll never have those experiences again. The only thing that gets me through the days is knowing I am one day closer to seeing him again.
