its so hard my mum passed 2months ago and i am like you i find myself calling and crying for mum to help me i go to bed late with that empty feeling saying my prayers i wake up praying then i cry.. it hurts so bad some days i just wont to sleep so i don't have to think..i don't no what to say to help u cope because i don't no how to myself..
