In my journey of loss and anger I found a CD by Belleruth Naperstek ( she has her own website). She created a CD called "Anger and Forgiveness".
The first time I listened to it I cried so hard because it touched my heart deeply. I have listened to it about a million times and each time find the peace I need. It is gentle and consoling and not preachy. I have found peace.
