I'm trying to locate a short piece (prose) which uses the metaphor of a ship sailing off - on the departing shore people are saying there she goes and on the receiving port the people are saying here she comes
Well, it's something along those lines. I seem to have misplaced my copy of it and do not recall the source, nor can I make a connection with online sources.
Would so appreciate help - if someone recognizes this piece and can direct me to a source. Thank you - thank you
