Debbie, I read your post to me last night and was so overwhelmed that you took time to share with me what you have gone through. You will never know how much this means to me and it has helped me greatly. Life was never promised to be everything we want it to be but somehow (guess still the childlike faith in me)I thought I would grow old with my husband and that my Mom's health would stay strong for a longer period of time.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am sure you will hear from me again but I promise not to be a pest. Mom will be near us in the total care facility, we will visit her all of the time, we know a lot of the staff and we will be visible to them. It is going to be very difficult and my heart is breaking but we must do what is best for her.
