I know that some days are worse than others. Sometimes it has to do with an anniversary of some sort. Sometimes it's just a bad day. If you can remember some of your earlier coping strategies that might help. Try to talk to someone when these days come or write something. You could even pretend you are talking to your wife (although probably best done alone). If it goes on too long or these days start increasing in number or intensity, it might be wise to talk with a professional counselor a couple of times to help you through the difficulties. And please realize that these kinds of days happen to many (they did to me). They will pass.
