I Cant cope any more

My grandma died in February this year suddenly and i took it very hard and was very angry for months and times i didnt even want to speak to anyone. all summer i have been working so i havent been at home but recently the past few days i cant stop thinking about my grandma, just one last time to see her smile hear her voice again...i have thought about not carrying on because it has got really difficult for me and i think i am getting angry again and loss of effort to do anything and i am starting university in 2 weeks but im scared that i wont be able to cope with it.
I miss her so much i would do anything just to spend one more day with her!
