Will be loosing my best friend

My best friend, has been ill for quite some time, however she was just recently told that her liver and heart are extremely big and needs to do something about it. THe dr pretty well give her 6months to a year to live. She does not want to open up to me, she does not want to provide me with details of what is going on. She also cut all my access to her dr's files. She indicates that by doing so it will only hurt me. She is leaving for out of town far away for treatment however don't want no one there. At this point she does not know if she is coming back. Im extremely hurt, defensless and don't know what to do please help me.
