My girlfriend actually scooped me on this tidbit this morning. Hartley has been a regular on one of her soaps, Passions, for several years now, playing Fox Crane, younger grandson of evil billionair Alistair Crane.
As befits his role as hunky guy on a soap, we often see him with no shirt on... he certainly has the build to play Aquaman, I think. And he's not a half bad actor, at least given the material on Passions, which is questionable at best most of the time .
