I didn't mean Aquaman could make it rain, I meant when It did rain he could control the water. Like harden the water pressure and make hail. He could also control the direction he wanted the hail or rain to go. duplicating isn't really needed. I just figured he'd need it help out in a war. Like if atlantis was under attack from Blackmanta's forces he could fight there, and the duplicate could be somewhere else, like battling Ocean Master. I also know the healing hand could heal, but can it regenerate lost limbs? Because in JLA: Classified Aquaman lost his leg in a fight to ocean master and he grew it back.
