Speaking of Topo, it was good they are referring to Aquaman’s old time friend. Again still thinking if they are referencing original Aquaman maybe they are telling us not to forget him, maybe he is returning. I’m still not that crazy about the illustrations. Too me they look to cartoony. See some of Pseudo-Aquaman expressions in a number of panels. As for now w/ the death(?) of Dweller/Aquaman piqued my interest and hearing that "I inked myself" hah...that Topo is the Henny Youngman of the sea.

I found some good & bad qualities of this issue. First off while reading this I have in the back of my mind that the real Aquaman is going to return soon. Whether it’s in the Countdown series or sometime soon.
It’s a sort of Saturday morning cartoon. I’m waiting for Wendy & Marvin to pop up in the next panel.
Although Narwhal looks menacing. I think that's what reminded me of Lobo. Narwhal resembles Aquaman as well except for his cornrows...btw what is that?
In World War III: Valiant issue coming out April 18th Supergirl finds a dead Aquaman
I am determined to hold on a while longer

: I read it (finally) and I was disappointed.
: Orin went out like a Punk. I don't know how
: much more I can take with the new direction
: of Aquaman. I have not cared for Arthur
: Joseph Curry one bit, Shark King is annoying
: and the transformation of Orin is just
: unbearable. Now this. His giving up on
: living. I swear if things don't start
: shaping up and shaping up soon I'm dropping
: this book. I had hopes that once Kurt was
: off the book that steps would be made to
: rectify his Horror, but it's still horrific.
: I no longer love Aquaman. I'm done. Giving
: up. He's no longer the hero I adored. No
: longer the hero I admired. Now he's a punk.
:
: Pitiful. What an abomination. A damn shame.
