I really don't think there's any way to accurately predict what causes good sales numbers. Great writing or art don't mean success. Aquaman was at its best as in quality level when Arcudi and Gleason were on it, and those sales numbers were worse than they are now! And I'm not even talking in terms of the title itself. It was a great book in comparison to the others with whom it shared the shelves at the store. And yet it bombed. It boggles the mind, really. As fanboys we need to just grit our teeth and continue buying ... I'm in if the new guy becomes an Outsider as it seems he will. Who's with me, Aquafans?! --Previous Message--
