Was there even a Tangent Aquaman? Regardless, maybe it's time the name Aquaman got a Tangent like treatment or at least a reimagining like Atom and the Flash got at the start of the Silver Age. I think Aquaman could sell if they kept top of the line creators (or at least writers) on it and didn't slightly revamp at the srop of the hat. But I'm not DC editorial and they seem to have soured on the regular Aquaman some time ago. Maybe it's time for a new look and new powers with no connection at all to the past. Maybe even spin the character out of some more popular franchise like Batman or Superman. What sayest thou?
