Aquaman Action Figures

There are a slew of action figures coming out featuring our boy Orin/Arthur. One in particular is the link below. It has a Modern version of Aquaman in a suit I've never seen before. It reminds me of the Veitch Aquaman figure when it was released it had an Orange shirt and soon after we got Aquaman back in the Orange tee. I'm wondering if this is history repeating itself.
Any thoughts?
